Shipping Info: Shipping within the EU is with track and trace. If you need track and trace for a shipment outside the EU please contact shop@burningworldrecords.com and we'll get back to you with a quote on that.

!! Please bear in mind that deliveries take longer than usual, especially for shipments overseas due to the limited air traffic and peak season !!
Additionally, our last shipping date of the year will be on the 18th of December. All the orders made until 17th December 18 pm CET, will be still shipped on the 18th. All orders made after the 18th will be shipped during the second week of January. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Return Policy: We don't really have one. Small dents or creases as a result of the shipping process we don't refund or ship another copy out for that. If the record itself is damaged or something else is severely wrong with it please mail shop@burningworldrecords.com and we'll sort it out.
